Purpose
- To support personal healing and forgiveness through guided biblical reflection and experiential learning
- To create an opportunity for people to hear each other and express their pain in a mutually supportive environment
- To equip participants with skills for intercultural teamwork, self-care, and trauma-informed ministry contexts
- To support participants in bringing true healing to communities that have been divided by the sins of prejudice, racism, and oppression
- To transform the mindsets of church leaders as they experience healing themselves and can then go on to facilitate healing in their communities and relationships
This workshop is for those who:

- Want to build skills for justice, reconciliation, or intercultural community-based work
- Have participated in Hearts Exchanged or Intercultural Cohorts and want to deepen their ability to engage respectfully with Indigenous and ethnically-diverse neighbours
